Activity in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax declarations, most recently with a focus on the real estate sector as a manager at a Next 10 company. My activities over the years have included

• Preparation of complex tax returns (keywords: chain tax groups; interest barrier; extensive shareholdings in co-entrepreneurships)
• Tax support for transformation processes (change of legal form; accrual; merger, etc.) and their tax implementation
• Assistance with tax audits
• Preparation of annual financial statements and support with audit reviews
• Income statement and surplus calculation for income from letting and leasing or capital income
