DATEV Unternehmen Online : Digital platform for collaboration with the tax consultant

Financial accounting documents your business successes and is the basis for your annual financial statements and your tax return. Incorrect recording and tax assessment of business transactions can be expensive. Concentrate on your core business and let me help you with your financial accounting.

I will be happy to support you with your financial accounting, both with specific questions and with ongoing bookkeeping and advance VAT returns. Documents are exchanged via DATEV Unternehmen-Online. Carrying folders from A to B becomes obsolete. Additional tools for process automation can also be found in the DATEV marketplace (e.g. GetMyInvoice).

I do not offer payroll accounting services, but I do of course advise on common “payroll issues” such as company cars, company events, lump-sum benefits in kind, etc. If you do not yet have a payroll accountant, I will be happy to name payroll accounting companies.

Do you do your own bookkeeping and only need support with the preparation of your annual financial statements and tax returns? That is also possible. I can also offer you then 12 months free use of Lexoffice (only in German usable) .  If you want to do your own bookkeeping with English-language software, you might be interested in sevDesk, for example.

Do you already use DATEV Unternehmen Online as an entrepreneur? Then you can easily move documents from the DATEV Unternehmen Online portal to the “My taxes” portal. Simply activate the relevant document in the document overview and select “Further actions” -> “Transfer document to My Taxes”. The document is available there as a “Document without tax year” for further processing.
